From the Editor

Editor

"At Redline we're a team of petrol heads first and journalists second, so if you're looking for genuine first-hand tuning advice or you want to get a proper feel for what the feature cars are really like, you've come to the right place.

We pride ourselves on straight talking, that's why all performance figures we quote will have either been timed using our own Datron MicroSat test equipment or the data will have come from properly verified sources – not a bloke down the pub with a stop watch in his pocket!

With nearly 40 years combined experience in the tuning industry, the Redline team are more than qualified to ensure total technical accuracy and helpful information, whether we're explaining how a turbocharger works, how an engine transplant was carried out, what a 6-pot brake caliper does or suggesting what type of exhaust system you should be spending your hard earned cash on.

As well as being tuning enthusiasts, we are driving enthusiasts too. So we go beyond just featuring modified cars, we cover what to actually do with them too, from specific driving tips, to full-on road trips. So it's pretty safe to say we practice what we preach!"
